What Is Positive Self-Talk?

Self-talk is the dialect you use to encourage yourself so that you can persevere to accomplish a task.

I wanted to learn more about what positive self-talk is, so I did some research, and this is what I found.

Self-talk, also known as internal dialogue, is the dialect you use to speak to yourself. It can be done out loud or in secret. The dialogue one has with oneself is known as self-talk or internal dialogue.

It is a normal cognitive process that can be advantageous or detrimental. People talk to themselves more when faced with difficulties or challenges,
